Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or access concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor and employee movement, and report policy violations or maintenance-related issues.
• Assist with security-related incident reporting, access-related checks, and customer assistance while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic financial institution environment.
