About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Readiness in Concord, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access procedures, and traffic flow while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
