Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observed activity according to site expectations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or designated areas to help support authorized access, follow visitor and vehicle check-in procedures, and report irregularities to site contacts.
Support daily security-related operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site personnel, and/or following post orders for the location.
