About The Position

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Litchfield Park, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a construction location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support a secure environment, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position represents Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity. The position is part-time and pays $21.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday and Sunday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy, be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A guard card or license is preferred. Employment is contingent on applicable background investigation and drug screening; licensing requirements may apply based on state and local regulations.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a valid license is required for driving positions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conduct emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a construction location, maintain a visible presence, and report security-related concerns.
