Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
- Monitor access points and help verify that authorized persons, vehicles, and deliveries are entering and exiting according to site-specific protocols.
- Support Allied Universal and site personnel by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally, and helping to deter disruptions, trespassing, and/or other unwanted activity.
