As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Credential Records in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with professionalism. You will use strong communication and customer service skills while reporting security-related concerns and contributing to a welcoming environment. Requirements

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, loading zones, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions taken according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while providing a professional, visible presence that helps support a welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.
