As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Console in Olive Branch, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will use computers or tablets to document observations, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
