Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Bring an agile, reliable mindset, work as a team, and act with integrity while making a daily impact.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, access concerns, and/or unusual activity, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support retail operations by assisting with opening and closing activities, monitoring high-traffic areas, and/or helping with crowd and line management during busy periods.
