About The Position
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Monitor at a construction location in Litchfield Park, Arizona, you will safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting observations. You will provide customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. The role is full-time and pays $21.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
- Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Nice To Haves
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and by participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Maintain a visible presence, monitor assigned areas, and report observations.
