As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Berkeley, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence, routine rounds, and attentive observation. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points, noting and reporting security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Support day-to-day operations by observing the location for policy violations, equipment issues, and/or hazards, then reporting concerns through established channels.
