About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will support a government transportation location through routine vehicle and foot patrols, visible presence, and professional communication that helps deter incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service while reporting security-related concerns and working collaboratively with a reliable, caring team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and transit personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and surrounding property for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents, passenger concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout transit buildings, stations, bus areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site representatives, dispatch personnel, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and daily activities.
