As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points, observe visitor and vehicle activity, and assist with directing individuals in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
Communicate promptly with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal supervision regarding incidents, hazards, and/or unusual conditions.
