About The Position

All Pro Security is seeking motivated and professional temporary unarmed security officers for its Powell Butte, Oregon team. The roles primarily support Thursday–Sunday day and graveyard operations, with shifts listed as 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. The opportunity may suit people balancing another job, school, or family commitments, or looking for additional hours. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age to be qualified to possess a security license.
• Strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• A valid Oregon DPSST security license is strongly preferred.
• Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment to help ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors.
• Conduct foot patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activity and enforce client policies.
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to detect and respond to potential security risks.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, working toward swift and effective resolution.
• Follow post orders and security procedures.
• Prepare reports detailing security incidents and daily activities.
