Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a professional first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused office location.
Manage front-desk access procedures by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records in accordance with site-specific policies.
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and/or access-control notifications, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, customer-focused, problem-solving manner while following established emergency response procedures.
Support security-related administrative duties, including maintaining logs, receiving deliveries, directing guests, and communicating site information to authorized personnel.
