About The Position

All Pro Security, a veteran-operated security company, and listed on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., is seeking motivated and professional part-time/on-call security officers to join our Portland team. These positions will primarily support weekend operations, with additional opportunities to cover shifts throughout the week in the greater Portland metro area. Officers for our on-call positions must already possess their security license in the state of Oregon prior to applying to be considered. Why Join All Pro Security? Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.
Conduct foot patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies.
Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to detect and respond to potential security risks.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing security incidents and daily activities.
