Requirements

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Monitor and control access to the property by verifying identification, reviewing visitor authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, reporting irregularities and following established escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
