Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and document daily activities, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with site policies.
• Support emergency response activities by following post instructions, assisting with evacuations and restricted area control, and reporting concerns through proper channels.
