Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
  • Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details through appropriate channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and vehicle screening processes in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal standards.
  • Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local responders during alarms, emergencies, and routine operations, while following post orders and reporting procedures.
