As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Pryor, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic logistics and distribution location as an unarmed officer in a driving post. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access activity, and remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse floors, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter access points, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to support access control processes and following site-specific post orders.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or operational disruptions by maintaining a visible presence and communicating professionally with site personnel and visitors.
