As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Fort Smith, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and support access awareness across the site. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions when required, and document deliveries, visitor activity, and/or other site-related observations.
Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and completing routine reports on incidents, patrols, and/or maintenance-related issues observed during rounds.
