Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by assisting with visitor management, badge checks, and other security-related tasks while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
