As a Security Officer Unarmed Cleared in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an Access Control Officer, helping manage entry points, verify credentials, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, corrections or military experience.
• Must possess a Secret Clearance
• Armed guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a highly regulated aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document access activity to help support security-related protocols and restricted area requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, production areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized activity and/or conditions requiring attention.
• Support badge processing, visitor management, and delivery screening while maintaining detailed records and providing clear instructions aligned with site expectations.
