As a Security Officer Unarmed Bicycle Patrol Driver in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a residential community. You will conduct routine vehicle and bicycle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be able to ride a bike.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, community policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entrances, streets, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized access to the community.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicating relevant observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
