As a Security Officer TWIC Badge Registration Driver in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter incidents. Requirements

  • Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies at a chemical/petrochemical location.
  • Verify authorization for entry, issue and recover visitor and contractor credentials, maintain access logs, and direct individuals to appropriate check-in, escort, and restricted-area processes.
  • Monitor access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment; report irregularities, unauthorized-access attempts, and equipment concerns according to established procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities and communicating with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
