As a Security Officer - Telecom Lobby Desk in West Hollywood, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic tech and media location, you will be the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and assisting with access control and badge procedures. You will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials in accordance with established protocols for a technology, media, and telecom location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site instructions.
Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required for the assigned location.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors while addressing inquiries and providing directions or information as needed.
Support emergency response activities from the front desk position, including alerting appropriate personnel and assisting with building protocols.
