As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a government location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence at the front desk supports a secure environment through monitoring, communication, and assisting with inquiries. Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management processes.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed and communicate clearly with appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and information.
• Complete required documentation and reports related to front desk activities and security-related incidents.
