As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to alarms. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment through routine patrols, clear communication, and exceptional customer service. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

A guard card or license is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology, media, or telecom location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses as needed.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities, incidents, and communications for reporting purposes.
Support the security-related team by relaying pertinent information and assisting with coordination during emergency and/or routine situations.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and the client site.
