About The Position

DSI Security Services is seeking a dependable and professional Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and be able to effectively manage security personnel and site operations. As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and means of communication
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
Must pass all pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals
