You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist visitors and tenants, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, common areas, parking facilities, exterior perimeter, and tenant spaces as assigned.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to site leadership.
• Assist with traffic flow, parking guidance, lost-and-found inquiries, customer directions, and other service needs during routine operations and special events.
