Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, drive throughout assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related or property-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter trespassing, loitering, and/or policy violations while supporting a professional environment at the location.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and share updates with supervisors, tenants, and/or client representatives as appropriate.
