Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access materials, and document arrivals, departures, and/or restricted area activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including production, warehouse, parking, and/or shipping and receiving areas as assigned.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and support orderly operations by observing site activity, communicating clearly with staff and visitors, and following post orders for a food and beverage location.
