Requirements

A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific access control policies, visitor processing, credential verification, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to office, studio, and/or technology work areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting security-related events according to site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, which may include lobbies, parking areas, loading zones, and restricted spaces, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Support employees, guests, and contractors with directions, badging questions, and reporting procedures while helping to maintain orderly access flow at a dynamic tech, media, and/or telecom location.
