Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Have access control or badge experience, preferred.
Have customer service experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Screen individuals, packages, and/or vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site requirements and report prohibited or suspicious items or activity.
Verify identification, access credentials, and delivery documentation as required, maintaining accurate records of screening activities and visitor entry.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including business operations and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
