Job Description As a Security Officer - Residential Front Desk Full-Time in Camden, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you manage access control, monitor alarms, and utilize technology such as computers or tablets. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Monitor access to the residential location, verifying identification and/or visitor credentials as required.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and/or staff to address inquiries and provide information as needed.
