As a Security Officer - Residential Front Desk Concierge in Asbury Park, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while addressing security-related concerns. Requirements
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk.
- Monitor access to the residential location by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.
- Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with residents, management, and emergency services when appropriate.
- Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from Allied Universal and site leadership.
- Provide customer service to residents and visitors, addressing questions and concerns as appropriate for the location.
