Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site operations. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and TSA-issued TWIC. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, operational areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unusual activity through established channels.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records in accordance with site-specific requirements.
