The ideal candidate will take ownership of the recruiting process, communicate professionally, identify potential issues, and help hire individuals who meet GCI's standards. The position starts at $19.00 per hour, with potential for retention bonuses. It is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes some mornings. Initially, the role will be in-office, with potential for remote work later. The position reports to the Director of Security Operations. For the right candidate, this role may evolve into a full-time position based on performance and company growth.
