As a Security Officer Reception Specialist in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk professional, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and Allied Universal standards at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with visitor check-in, confirm access permissions, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity.
  • Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency contacts as needed.
  • Answer phones, provide directions, receive and relay messages, and support general front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns.
  • Complete reports and maintain accurate records related to incidents, visitor activity, deliveries, and other security-related events at the location.
