Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity, concerns, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
