As a Front Desk Officer in a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, you will greet visitors, manage access and badges, monitor activity from a stationary post, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, visitor management protocols, and assigned security-related policies for a technology and communications location.
- Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet employees, guests, and vendors, and help manage access control procedures, sign-in processes, and credential verification.
- Answer phones, support front desk communications, and direct visitors, deliveries, and/or service personnel according to site instructions and post orders.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to front desk activity, access events, incidents, and daily security-related operations.
