Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk within a retail location.
Monitor access to the location by greeting entrants, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site-specific protocols.
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts, management, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Support front desk operations by answering phones, directing foot traffic, maintaining accurate logs and reports, and reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns through appropriate channels.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk, observing lobby activity, and following post orders for escalations and incident documentation.
