Requirements

  • Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related protocols for a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify visitor access according to property guidelines, and assist with sign-in, badge distribution, and/or visitor direction as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, receive deliveries, maintain front desk logs and reports, and communicate clearly with building personnel regarding security-related matters and daily operations.
  • Support emergency response activities, provide information to occupants and guests, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and professional interaction.
