Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional front desk customer service by greeting employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Verify visitor access, issue credentials and/or visitor badges, maintain sign-in records, and communicate arrival information to appropriate site contacts.
• Monitor access points, reception-area activity, alarms, cameras, and/or communications systems in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support security-related procedures by maintaining accurate logs, completing required reports, and providing clear information to visitors and employees.
