About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and information, and route visitors and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Observe front desk activity and report suspicious activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
