About The Position

Requirements

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document incoming calls, coordinate responses to incidents, and relay information to appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor and vehicle activity records, and other required documentation.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating updates to supervisors and appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, loading areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
