About The Position

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor communications, receive calls, and dispatch the appropriate personnel for routine matters, incidents, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Track site activity, maintain dispatch logs, document incidents, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors, control room personnel, and/or local responders as needed.
  • Support access control and entry activity by verifying information, coordinating authorizations, and reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, with awareness of industrial operations, restricted areas, and changing conditions at the location.
