About The Position

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor communications, receive calls, and dispatch the appropriate personnel for routine matters, incidents, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Track site activity, maintain dispatch logs, document incidents, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors, control room personnel, and/or local responders as needed.
Support access control and entry activity by verifying information, coordinating authorizations, and reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, with awareness of industrial operations, restricted areas, and changing conditions at the location.
