Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. In this role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and a caring, reliable approach rooted in teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to unusual conditions and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries, following site access procedures and verifying credentials, badges, and/or visitor logs as required.
• Support order at a manufacturing and industrial location by communicating clearly with personnel, assisting with site rules, and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
