As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with strong communication and customer service. Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify unusual conditions, and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, hallways, parking areas, and/or other assigned locations, assisting with visitor access, directional support, and policy awareness.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with occupants, and reporting maintenance, life emergency, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
