As a Security Officer Patrol in NASHVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while using computer or tablet systems as needed. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food production and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor entry procedures, and documenting arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific notification and escalation procedures.
  • Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, access-control activities, and security-related observations.
