As a Security Officer Patrol in NASHVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while using computer or tablet systems as needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food production and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor entry procedures, and documenting arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific notification and escalation procedures.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, access-control activities, and security-related observations.
