Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related policies throughout the location.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying the appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details.
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, hallways, guest-facing areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned spaces to help to deter disruptions, support access control practices, and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
Assist during emergency and weather-related events by following post orders, directing people away from impacted areas, and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
